Returns

Unplug Collaborative does not accept returns and all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges of Memberships, Gift Cards, Donations, Shop orders, or Sale orders. Any returns made to us will not be eligible for a refund.

What if I have an issue with my received order?​​​​​

Any missing, damaged, lost, defective, or wrong/incorrect item(s) must be reported within 2 weeks of your delivery date. Please contact us here and we will assist you with filing a claim and/or getting your items replaced.
